Our new address is Malminkaari 10, Helsinki – n. 600 m. Malmin juna-asemalta. Sisäänkäyntimme on katutasolla, n. 20m rakennuksen pääovista.
Payment methods include cash and more common cards, Google and Apple Pay (MobilePay and PayPal only via the online shop for now). Of course, you can also pick up your online orders from the shop!
So, are you planning to start running a traditional brick-and-mortar store?
– Short answer: no, we are still an online store and our staff resources are limited, so for the time being we are open on Saturdays (we aim to keep our opening hours consistent). If the door is locked, ring the doorbell and we will come and open it! (^v^) In the future, our goal is to significantly extend the opening hours of our brick-and-mortar store, but for now, this is how it is.
Is the space accessible?
– Our entrance is not yet fully accessible – there is a threshold on the inner door of the vestibule and a small step outside, but we will make the space accessible as soon as possible.
Can we still come with our own group by appointment?
– Yes, we will also add times to the appointment calendar for booking as usual!
About the reservation calendar below
- One booking per party per day
- All our products are at least R-15 so younger children will need a guardian with them - we do have plushies for sale, but mostly adult collectibles.
- Make your reservation at least 24h before arrival and if you can't make it, please let us know - thank you! We ourselves are working here and will be there anyway, but cancellation slots are usually filled and we hope as many people as possible can make it! ^^
- The booking calendar usually extends four weeks ahead
