Learn more about pre-orders

Our pre-ordering system is still under development and may require some instructions, the use is still nowhere near as intuitive an experience as it is meant to be. Here are some points and answers to any questions you may have.

  • Pre-ordering is a binding purchase decision. If the customer wishes to cancel the pre-order, we must contact us in writing, for example by e-mail, including the pre-order number or by replying to the pre-order confirmation message. (change in our policy as of February 12.2.2021, XNUMX). Repeated cancellations made by the customer to ensure the appropriate and continuous use of our pre-ordering system may result in Finanimen loss of access to the pre-ordering system.
  • You do not have to pay for a pre-order through the website in advance, but all new pre-orders will only be paid for when delivery is timely. If the subscriber wants to pay for the pre-order in advance, this can be done by contacting us - we will create a secure payment page manually.
  • When using a gift card, the code must be entered when pre-ordering and the value of the gift card will be logged in the pre-order. This technical measure prevents the gift card from expiring before deliveries begin in the future.
  • Only one product per order / cart can be ordered through the pre-order system. If you also want to order products that are already available in our warehouse or pre-order several different products, you must order them separately. This e.g. makes it easier to track different pre-orders through your own customer account.
  • The pre-order must be completed within five days of receiving the payment link. After this, the product will be automatically released for general sale - if you need to keep the product reserved for a longer period, please contact us within the deadline. When using cash on delivery, the order must still be confirmed using the link, e.g. to check the current delivery address.
  • We fill pre-orders in the order order in the event of a situation where it is not possible to obtain a sufficient product (eg due to supply difficulties of the supplier or manufacturer). In this case, we will contact the relevant subscriber without delay. Pre-orders that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances will be canceled.
  • Pre-ordering does not require registration, but in this case the pre-order will only be linked to the email address entered at the time of ordering. If, for some reason, the subscriber can no longer log in to this e-mail in the future, the order link sent by the system cannot be used later and the pre-order will automatically expire. For security reasons, we do not provide subscription links to other email addresses without strong subscriber authentication.
  • The system only applies Pre-order products - products marked Pending are therefore coming to our warehouse in the near future, in these payment will be made immediately.
