About our pre-orders

Our pre-order system is still under development and may need some guidance, it's not nearly as intuitive an experience as it should be. Here we list points and answers to questions that may arise.

  • A pre-order is a binding purchase decision. If the customer wishes to cancel the pre-order, they must contact us in writing, for example by e-mail with the pre-order number or by replying to the pre-order confirmation message. (change to our policy from 12.2.2021)In order to ensure appropriate and continuous access to our pre-order system, repeated cancellations by the customer may result in the loss of access to Finanime's pre-order system.
  • You don't have to pay for your pre-order in advance, all new pre-orders will be paid when delivery is imminent. If you wish to pay your pre-order earlier, you can do so by contacting us - we will create a secure payment page manually.
  • When using a gift card, the code must be entered when placing the pre-order and the value of the gift card is recorded in the pre-order. This technical measure prevents the possible expiry of the gift card before deliveries start.
  • Only one product per order/basket can be ordered through the pre-order system at a time. If you want to order products that are already in stock or pre-order several different products at the same time, you must order them separately. This makes it easier to track different pre-orders through your own customer account.
  • The pre-order must be finalised within five days of receipt of the payment link. Else the product will automatically be released for general sale - if you need to keep the productreserved for you for a longer period, please contact us within the deadline. If you chose CoD (Finlanf only), you should still confirm the order using the link, e.g. to confirm the delivery address.
  • Pre-orders will be completed on a first come, first served basis if a situation arises where it is not possible to obtain enough product (e.g. due to supplier or manufacturer supply difficulties). In this case, we will immediately contact the customer concerned. Pre-orders that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances will be cancelled.
  • Pre-ordering does not require registration, but in this case the pre-order will only be connected to the email address entered during the ordering process. If for any reason the customer is no longer able to log in to this e-mail, the order link sent by the system cannot be used later and the pre-order will automatically expire. For security reasons, we will not send order links to other e-mail addresses without the subscriber's strong authentication.
  • This system concerns only Pre-order items - products marked with Coming soon are already on their way to our warehouse and payment will be required immediately.
